- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats or quick oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 small, ripe banana (frozen)
- A pinch of cinnamon + salt
- Add the oats to the blender. Pulse until finely ground.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
