Banana Nut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats or quick oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter
  • 1 small, ripe banana (frozen)
  • A pinch of cinnamon + salt

Instructions

  1. Add the oats to the blender. Pulse until finely ground.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
