Reflections
Of my aspirational self. . .
I aspire to a life well-lived. To me, this means a life of strength and vitality, a life filled with love and connection, a life of pursuing interests and pushing boundaries, a life of testing limits and exploring what’s possible, and a life dedicated to making the world a better place.
Upon reflection, it seems my version of a life well-lived represents a journey of continuous growth and development. To become the aspirational version of myself, I must live in the process, knowing it will always be a work in progress.
I must remind myself that growth is not always linear. There will be sidesteps, missteps, and setbacks along the way. There will be pain and discomfort. I must remember this is all part of the process. If growth is my purpose, I must overcome my fear of change. I must be willing to go all in, take risks, and test my limits.
