Science is the process of discovery. It describes the process of learning, the outcome of which is understanding. To continually apply the scientific method signifies a deep belief in the human capacity to learn. 

We each come equipped with a brain, a powerful thinking tool that affords the capacity for understanding. What a gift we’ve been given. Let us not take it for granted.
